Our vision
Being in good work is better for your health than being out of work. ‘Good work’ is defined as having a safe and secure job with good working hours and conditions, supportive management and opportunities for training and development.

There is clear evidence that good work improves health and wellbeing across people’s lives and protects against social exclusion. Unemployment is bad for health and wellbeing, as it is associated with an increased risk of long term health conditions and mortality.

We want to give all of our members a chance to get into good work at their own pace. In future we hope to partner with employment & careers organisations to create some amazing pathways into some amazing professions. Until then, sign up to our Volunteering and donate the skills you have. We offer flexible opportunities so don't worry if you can't spare too much time.

If you'd like to help our Career's & Training project grow then please leave us a Donation on our Support Us page.
