Step 1.

Anyone who has a concern should initially raise this with a member of our team at the time or soon after, this will enable us to respond and deal with your issue quickly.

We recognise that many concerns will be raised informally. Our aims are to:

​

•Resolve informal concerns quickly;

•Keep matters low-key;

•Enable mediation between you and the individual to whom the complaint has been referred.

​

An informal approach is appropriate when it can be achieved. But if concerns cannot be resolved informally, then the formal complaints procedure should be followed.
